What we collect

• Account data: the email you sign up with, and authentication tokens managed by our backend provider.
• Recipient registry: the names, birthdates, phone numbers, vibe profiles, and memory-vault notes you choose to enter about your contacts.
• Generated drafts: AI-drafted birthday messages produced on your behalf and stored in your daily queue.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate the Service: remind you of birthdays, generate personalized drafts via an AI provider, and open WhatsApp with the message you choose to send. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Your responsibility for contact data

You are the controller of any third-party personal data (names, phone numbers, birthdates, personal notes) you enter into the registry. You confirm you have a lawful basis to store this information and that you will honor any request from those individuals to access or delete their data. Contact us and we will remove it promptly.

AI-generated content

Birthday drafts are generated by an AI model and may contain inaccuracies or tone misjudgments. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending. GiveIQ LLC is not responsible for the content of messages you choose to send.

Liability disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiveIQ LLC, its members, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or relationships arising out of your use of the Service — including missed birthdays, message delivery failures, or content generated by the AI. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, on the free plan, is zero).

Data deletion

You may delete any recipient at any time from the registry. To delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@giveiq.com from your account address.

Changes

We may update this statement as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app.
